METERWHAT COUNTS AS AN ESTIMATE
How we count the meter, in plain terms.
Before you pick a plan, here is exactly what consumes one estimate, what happens at the edges, and how annual billing shakes out.
- One estimate credit
One credit covers one document extraction or one single-file estimate upload. Multi-file batch jobs use one credit per document that enters extraction, up to 25 files at 500 MB each in the guided assistant.
- Addenda & revisions
Uploading a revised document consumes a credit for that document. Editing, reviewing, repricing, exporting, or sharing an existing estimate does not consume another credit.
- Top-ups
When a paid plan runs out, buy estimate-credit packs instead of being forced into a surprise upgrade: 5 for $59, 20 for $199, or 50 for $449.
- Rollover
Unused monthly subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
- Cancel anytime
Month-to-month plans can be cancelled anytime from billing; access runs through the period end.
- Free plan
No credit card required for Free. You only enter billing when you pick a paid plan.
- Annual discount
Annual billing equals two months free - pay for ten, use for twelve.
